Not Operator is a place to share information, knowledge, and opinions on firearms and technology, and on how and where they intersect — news, analysis, and charged opinion included.
The name is a play on both fields. In computer science, the NOT operator (!) is negation; we aim for an alternate look at guns and tech. In firearms culture, “operator” often means a self-righteous tactical posture. We call ourselves Not Operator because we want an analytical approach instead.
